Solution

To achieve this, I was hired as a Product Design Consultant with an unbiased perspective to review their internal audits and provide an independant design audit with key insights and recommendations of how to streamline their systems and improve user experience in hopes of alleviating high customer service call volume.

My role involved working with the executive team and product manager to redesign their corporate dashboard, card builder workflows, management of multiple order flows, payment system as well as their new funds bank experience.

A high-fidelity component-based design system was created using Material Design specifications as an initial guideline to prototype each workflow and management system for their e-commerce platform.

Results

The resulting clickable prototypes enabled a streamlined workflow for users to build their own cards as well as manage campaigns, card designs, orders and their approved corporate funds. The order flow designs alone are expected to reduce customer service calls by over 25% according to PerfectGift's product manager.
